Utilize your networking skills to actively seek out potential donors, grants, and innovative schemes that align with our mission, ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of the Mathurin Hybrid Initiative.

Responsibilities

1. Donor Prospecting: Identify and research potential individual and corporate donors who resonate with our organization's mission, values, and goals. Utilize various platforms, databases, and networking events to build a pipeline of potential contributors.

2. Grant Research: Explore and evaluate grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other relevant sources. Thoroughly understand grant requirements, deadlines, and eligibility criteria, and align them with our initiatives.

3. Fundraising Strategies: Develop and implement creative fundraising strategies that effectively engage potential donors and supporters. Tailor approaches based on donor preferences and communication channels.

4. Networking: Build and nurture relationships with potential donors. Attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to expand our organization's outreach and visibility.

5. Proposal Creation: Craft compelling fundraising proposals and grant applications that effectively communicate our mission, goals, and impact. Highlight the value of contributing to our cause and the benefits of collaboration.

6. Sponsorship Opportunities: Identify sponsorship opportunities within our events, projects, and initiatives. Develop sponsorship packages that offer value to sponsors while supporting our organizational needs.

7. Innovative Approaches: Stay updated on current fundraising trends, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches to fundraising. Adapt strategies to incorporate new tools and platforms.

8. Ethical Practices: Adhere to ethical fundraising practices, ensuring transparency, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

• No previous work experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Networking proficiency and ability to establish rapport with potential donors.

• Creativity in developing fundraising strategies and proposals.
